Made-to-Order Production & Shipping

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners. This means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and ensure quality craftsmanship.

Because of this process, production time is required before shipping begins.


Order Processing & Production Time

  • Production Time:
    Orders typically take 5–10 business days to be produced before shipping.
    Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, or seasonal demand.

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary based on location and shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.


Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple third-party production partners, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.
